The Agritalia Supplier Evaluation project was launched today, aimed at evaluating – based on standardised criteria – the main reference suppliers to the Rovigo plant.
By using dedicated software, each partner will be assessed by a set of parameters tied to efficiency, timeliness and availability. This integrated evaluation system involves various corporate bodies – from Quality to Purchasing, from Engineering to Logistics, to Post-Sales – and seeks to become the development guide for selected operations and strategic lines.
